Your skin is the temple you live in. And while I am not here to shame anyone's skincare shelf, there is something worth knowing: what you put on your body matters, just like what you put in it.
Clean beauty does not have to mean expensive. It means being a little more intentional about ingredients and choosing products that care about what goes on your skin.
A gentle cleanser, a good moisturiser, SPF every day without fail. The basics done well will outperform a fifteen-step routine every single time. Simplicity is holy in more ways than one.
"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit?"1 Corinthians 6:19
Look for hyaluronic acid for hydration, niacinamide for glow and pore size, and vitamin C for brightness. Avoid fragrance if you have sensitive skin. It is one of the biggest irritants hiding in products that seem gentle.
Drink water. Sleep. Pray. Stress sits on your face, and peace does too. The girls who glow the most are often the ones who have done the inner work, who are at rest in their spirit, not just their skincare routine.
Beautiful skin is a gift. Take care of it. But never forget that the glow from walking with God is the kind no serum can replicate.
